Work It

Exercising has been part of my daily routine the past few weeks.

I am pretty proud of myself, because I usually slack off in the winter.

The fact that I have been helping my friends train for the Princess Half Marathon is a big help, but I have been doing more than running.

It is officially my one year anniversary of crossfit!

I wish I could say that I am super strong now, but that is not true.

Crossfit - Ring Dips

I am definitely a lot stronger than I was a year ago, but I still have a lot to go.

I have moved down from green bands to blue or red for my ring dips and pull ups.

Crossfit - Kettlebell Swings

I use heavier kettle bells and can lift heavier weights.

Crossfit - Thrusters

Besides that I am still working on a lot of stuff.

My goal for the next few months is to do regular push-ups (not on my knees) and get back into box jumps. I have fallen a few times and that really shakes my confidence and then I stop jumping.

No matter how much progress (or lack of it) I still feel amazing every time I go to crossfit.

I Hate Running Shirt

I have a love/hate relationship with exercise, but it keeps me sane.
